Future Leaders Executive Program
Singularity Academy is pleased to announce the commencement of a high-end program focused on identifying and nurturing Global Future Leaders. This exclusive program comprises over 30 days of comprehensive, intensive learning, encompassing 10 days of online theoretical learning, 10 days of on-site training in Switzerland, and 10 days of study on integrating theory and practice online, all meticulously designed to identify and cultivate future global leaders.
The goal of this Program:
Through three engaging modules in this executive program—academic learning, hands-on executive experience, and academic and practice output—Singularity Academy is dedicated to identifying and nurturing the emerging leaders on their developmental journey.
Structure of the Program
(1) min 10 days of Customised Online Academic Learning (theoretical and academic learning)
(2) 10 days of onsite Training in Switzerland (in the field and practice)
(3) min 10 days of Customised Online Intelligence Production (theory + practice = dissertation/start-up plans)
Expected Achievement:
The program will be customised to address the distinct requirements of each student, thereby promoting their access to exclusive educational and business resources, as well as comprehensive personal development plans. This approach will substantially enhance their ongoing personal growth through an exclusive network, intellectual contributions, C-level leadership mentoring, an Executive Education diploma, and/or entrepreneurial initiatives.
Who should apply:
1. A cohort of ten exemplary individuals, including talents, entrepreneurs, executives, engineers, and scientists, aged between 20 and 40, who demonstrate outstanding achievements and a profound dedication to global development.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in English is required, evidenced by prior education in English, or through the submission of standardised English test results such as the CET-4/6 (College English Test), TEM-4/8 (Test for English Majors), a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (with a speaking score of at least 6), or a TOEFL score of 100 (with a speaking score of 25), or equivalent outcomes from other recognised assessments.
Program Diploma: Participants who complete the program will receive a recognised certificate jointly issued by Singularity Academy and associated partners.

Academic Learning: Participants will enhance their theoretical knowledge and critical thinking skills through advanced coursework and comprehensive seminars.

Innovation in Action: Engaging in field research, undertaking project-oriented assignments, and participating in collaborative teamwork will enhance participants’ ability to analyse and tackle real-world business challenges at the C-level.

The intellectual output entails the application of a singular educational approach designed to equip individuals for innovative endeavours, including academic research and the initiation of startups.
* Individuals who complete this program are eligible to participate in an Entrepreneurship Program, which Singularity Academy proudly offers in collaboration with Yale University.
* Exceptional participants will also be able to progress to the next round of the Singularity Global Leaders List.
The maximum number of participants for each cohort is 10 globally.

This comprehensive 30-day customised executive program is designed to identify and cultivate future leaders. It offers 24 convertible European study credits and entails a minimum of 240 hours of study, which includes 10 days of on-site instruction with accommodation in Switzerland, as well as a minimum of 20 days of online supervised study and research, contingent upon students' performance. The program, supported by the Singularity Academy Scholarship, is significantly discounted to a fee of 18,725 CHF.

Prospective candidates are required to submit their applications for this program by completing the form provided below and including their resumes, cover letters, and letters of recommendation. These documents should articulate the applicants' interest in the program, demonstrate their qualifications, and outline their plans for contributing to society while promoting creative disruption and fostering global innovation. Additionally, references must be included. Following the receipt of applications, the committee will correspond via email to inform candidates about the subsequent steps in the interview process.
